Designed specifically for Toronto’s West-End community, Earls Sherway is the first new Toronto location in over a decade, and first in Ontario to embody the company’s new vision of creating a collection of independently compelling restaurants. The versatile 268 seat dining room offers a variety of seating options and features a lush, plant-filled, four-season solarium as a true escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The design was led by Designer Abi Stephans and Creative Director Elly Chronakis of Earls Restaurant Group. As part of the restaurant’s commitment to celebrating the arts and showcasing its community, Earls Sherway will feature the art of Tessar Lo, Diana Rosa Latourt, Florence Solis and several other local artists.
Bolton, ON
Canadian Tire Corporation’s (CTC) new 1.5 M sq. ft. Distribution Centre (DC) in Caledon Ontario opened in July 2017. It is the largest distribution centre in the country and includes 1.4 M sq. ft. of mid-mechanized space and 45,000 sq. ft. of transportation operations. The state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest concepts in distribution material handling technology.
Vaughan
York Major Medical Centre situated in the city of Vaughn is one of the many buildings through Metrus Construction that we have been entrusted to construct, build and work on.
ID Mechanical as a team, ensured accurate forecasting of all costs and time frame related to this new 4 floors medical building for it’s opening in early 2020. Our efficient and detailed team delivered the completion of all plumbing and HVAC systems for this office building. It utilizes a cooling tower, chiller units and boilers system to serve building heating and cooling needs through fan coils units complete with ERVs units and force flow heaters for entrance area. Unit heaters to serve basement parking garage with exhaust fans. Other mechanical services included domestic booster pump, domestic cold water and 2 DHW tanks for domestic hot water supply. Sanitary sewer and storm drainage system to complete the plumbing system. Snow-melting system installed for ramp leading to basement and all walkways.
The Crosstown project consists of a 9-storey office tower at Don Mills and Eglinton Ave. at the Metrolinx Station. There is a commercial space on the ground floor, a daycare and offices above. Up to 120,000 sq.ft. of leasable space.

Design Build project: Head office & control centre in Vaughan (ON) for Alectra Solutions (formerly PowerStream), first LEED Gold project in Canada, 2008 NAIOP REX Green Award finalist.
A global supplier of complete transport and logistics, DSV’s Head Office and Distribution Centre features a 1.1 million square foot complex. It houses a multi-client warehouse with state-of-the-art logistics capabilities and an attached 3-floor, 35,000 square foot administrative office. It is the largest multi-customer logistics facility in Canada.
Phase 1 of Master Group’s 193,500 sq. ft. office and warehouse building has been successfully completed. This leader in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration industries has streamlined its operations by merging its Oakville and Markham offices into one new Vaughan location.
Addition and Renovation to Existing Automotive Facility.
This will be a national distribution centre for the Canadian Tire Corporation. It will occupy prime industrial real estate at 10200 Hurontario Street. This state-of-the-art facility will feature a 40-foot clear height together with a first-class office space component.
